Resort Publications produces 6 Direct Marketing Coupon Savings Books throughout the year. It is owned and operated by Chuck and Trish O'Connell. We purchased Resort Publications from Danielle Hubler last July, and Danielle stays on with us through the end of June 2005. Trish and I have implemented several enhancements to our books that we are excited to share with you. Spring Locals' Coupon Book™. This is our first book of each year. It is a very affordable and cost effective advertising medium specifically targeting the residents of Steamboat Springs and Routt County. 13,000 books will be distributed via direct mail to all the local Post Office Boxes within Steamboat Springs and Routt County. The Locals' Coupon Booktm will be mailed out the week of May 16th. This is the perfect time for everyone coming back to town from Spring Break and Mud Season.

Summer "Visitor's Fun Book". The "Fun Book" is in its 18th year of publication and offers one of the best values for your advertising dollar. The "Fun Book" targets Steamboat's busy summer visitor.s season. We will publish and distribute the "Fun Book" from early June through the summer season, utilizing the more than 50 Lodging Check In sites throughout Steamboat Springs, including the Chamber Resort Association and the Ski Corp Information Center. Distribution of the Summer "Visitor's Fun Book" is 20,000.

Fall Local's Coupon Book™. As the summer season winds down, we are producing and distributing the Fall Local's Book. As with our Spring Book, this book targets the Steamboat and Routt County residents. We will mail out another 13,000 Fall Locals. Coupon Books the week of September 19th.

Winter "Visitor's Fun Book". Just in time for the upcoming ski season, we are producing and distributing the Winter "Fun Book". As with the Summer Book, this Coupon Book draws the winter visitors to your business. 25,000 books will be distributed between December and April utilizing again the more than 50 Front Desk check in sites, including the Chamber Resort Association, Ski Corp Information Center, and the Yampa Valley Regional Airport.

STEAMBOAT VIP Book. Targeting the Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporations Group Sales Clients, 15,000 books will be distributed during the busy Winter Season.

The Student Books are distributed during College Ski Week and Music Fest in January. 5,000 of these books are published specifically for the Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation's Music Fest.
